Are your products really natural and organic?
Yes. FAE + WILDLING prides itself on keeping our ingredients clean. Every ingredient is either derived from a natural source and/or is organic. We choose our ingredients from good quality suppliers all over the world.
We keep our branding nice and clean so you can easily see what is in every product you purchase. Not sure about an ingredient? Feel free to get in touch, we'd be happy to explain anything to you.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We love animals and would never test on them. Our products are tested on willing humans instead. How it should be right…?
Are your products vegan?
We believe Mother Earth provides all the ingredients needed for radiant skin, therefore all of our products are vegan and cruelty free.
How long will my product last?
For best results we recommend that once you’ve opened your product you use it within 6 months. We don’t use any nasty preservatives in our skin care, so this ensures it will stay nice and fresh. You can also keep your products fresh by not letting any water getting into them as this will rapidly reduce the life and performance of your products.
I have sensitive skin, can I still use your products?
Yes. All our products have been formulated to help with sensitive skin types. If you have a hypersensitive skin and would like more guidance, please contact us and we will help provide you with a specific routine.
What is a hypersensitive skin?
A hypersensitive skin is at a stage where it often reacts to most products (natural or synthetic) and is sore, red and often inflamed. We can help with this by rebuilding the health of the skin. Ask us how.
Why should I do a patch test before using your products if they are natural and organic?
We are all unique and we all respond differently to individual ingredients (just like food) regardless if they are natural, organic or synthetic. A patch test done before use will ensure you don't have any sensitivities or allergies to the ingredients.
A patch test can be done by placing a small amount of product behind the lower section of your ear. It is recommended to leave it on for up to 24 hours to see if any redness or irritation occurs.
What if I do react to the products?
In the very rare case of a reaction please remove the product with a damp cloth and discontinue using. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com so we can help.
My new product looks or smells slightly different from my previous product, why is this?
Our products are made by hand with natural ingredients. As seasons change, so do the natural ingredients. Each batch may vary due to this reason. It’s the way nature intended it to be.
How much is shipping?
F R E E. That's right, we cover the cost of shipping so you don't have to.
How long will it be until I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You should have your products within 2-5 days of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently just shipping within Australia but hope to be shipping internationally soon.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to health and safety reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products.
